Job Description

Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
To prepare and generate daily yard schedule.
Ensure accuracy of deliveries.
Maintain items record and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
To update stock in and stock out daily.
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative work procedures and practices.
Make suggestions for productivity improvements and assist in safety rules implementation.
Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
To be in-charged of forklift keys used by workers.
To receive payment and invoices from clients.
Communicate and collaborate with other team members.
Answer all warehouse and operations related enquiries through email and phone calls.
Assist warehouse billing if necessary.
Assist all other warehouse related tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office and Excel proficiency.
Graduate or Diploma in logistics, supply chain management or business administration.
Knowledge of ERP is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Direct and coordinate operations.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Able to work under pressure.
