Social Workers/ Social Work Coordinator - Bukit Merah

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in a fast-paced environment with the Medical Social Work team
• Assist with casework, programmes, and admin tasks
• Conduct intake interviews, financial assessments, and home/agency visits
• Support patients and families at reception and through enquiry lines
• Process and follow up on Medifund and other financial aid applications
• Ensure compliance and quality in fund applications and submissions
• Track fund usage and assist with monthly/quarterly reporting

Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant fields such as Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or Allied Health.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, or social services is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
