Sales Executive (Foodservice & Wholesale) – Fresh Soy Milk
About the Company:
We are a fast-growing food & beverage manufacturer specialising in fresh soy milk produced with high-quality soybeans and advanced production technology. As we expand our external sales channels, we are looking for a driven and independent Sales Executive to grow our footprint in the wholesale, restaurant, food court/coffeeshop, catering sectors
Current location at Paya Lebar, candidate should be willing to relocate to 14 Senoko Way(Near Sembawang) at the end of Q2 2026.
About the Role:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing wholesale, restaurant and catering customers across Singapore. This role requires strong business development capabilities, on-ground field sales activities, and relationship management with buyers, chefs, procurement teams, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and target new wholesale, restaurant, food court/coffeeshop, catering and distributor accounts.
- Conduct field visits, cold calls, and product presentations to potential customers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Sales & Account Management
- Drive sales of our fresh soy milk and other soy-based products.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery requirements with customers.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring consistent order volume and high customer satisfaction.
- Work with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Market Insights & Strategy
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to product and management teams to support new product development and market strategy.
- Performance Tracking
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare weekly reports on leads, visits, sales performance, and customer issues.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably F&B, FMCG, foodservice, or beverage industry).
- Strong network or understanding of Singapore’s wholesale/foodservice/restaurant scene is an advantage.
- Able to perform on-ground sales and conduct daily customer visits.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven.
