What you'll be doing?- Drive sales success: Actively work towards achieving sales targets using your sales skills and quality service to improve performance.
- Product expertise: Provide guests with detailed brand and product introductions, staying informed about fashion lifestyle and market trends.
- Customer care: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
- Store operations: Assist in maintaining a clean and well-stocked store environment, including product display and inventory management.
- Problem-solving: Address customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Team collaboration: Participate in trainings, meetings, and support regional stores as needed.
- Sales prowess: Excellent sales skills with the ability to connect with VIP customers and drive results.
- Organizational skills: Good at coordinating tasks and managing time effectively, even under pressure.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in computer programs like Microsoft Word and Excel to support daily operations.
- Passion for luxury: Personal interest in flatware, interior design, and luxury products to better understand and relate to the brand offerings.
- Working Hours: 5 days work week
- Salary: Basic $2700 - $3200 + Commission
- Working Location: MBS / Orchard
