Position Title

Senior Sales Executive / Sales Engineer

Up to $5,000 + Allowances + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across construction and engineering sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers
Prepare and present tailored proposals, tenders, and cost estimates based on client needs
Collaborate with internal teams to support pre-sales activities and project planning
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategy
Negotiate pricing, manage delivery timelines, and support budgeting processes
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports for management review
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

✅ Requirements

Diploma in Business, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or technical sales roles, preferably within the construction/ semiconductor sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
