☑ Min 3-5 year of experience with Freight Forwarding Sales (MUST)
☑ Prior regional exposure and experience managing a sales team is preferred
Your Role, Your Influence:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector through targeted sales strategies and market insights.
- Proactively engage and convert potential clients into long-term business partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction, client retention, and sustainable revenue growth.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring timely issue resolution and high service standards.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, assess competitive activity, and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Stay up to date on regulatory changes, global trade practices, and economic trends that may impact business operations.
- Create and implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance) to ensure seamless delivery of freight solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback to senior management.
- Conduct and attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events to promote the company’s services and grow the regional network.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Min 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales with Proven Success
- Prior regional exposure and experience managing a sales team is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Air & Sea Freight Forwarding Solutions, market dynamics, and customer expectations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Willing to travel regionally as required
