Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to NHG and IMH Senior Management while playing a crucial role in departmental operations. This position will report to the Manager, Corporate Development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide calendar management for the Director and department, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and prioritisation of commitments
- Organise high-level meetings and corporate events
- Provide administrative support for Board Committee Meetings and CEO engagements
- Process and manage departmental procurement and payments, ensuring compliance with financial procedures
- Oversee office administration, including maintenance of supplies, and departmental assets
- Strong organisational abilities and time management abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaborative relationships
- Working knowledge of ARIBA and ePay systems (preferred)
