This role is part of our strategic transformation initiative, led and managed directly by our organization. The project focuses on designing, developing, and modernizing a suite of software applications that support core business operations and improve user experience.
Driven by our newly established program governance framework, this initiative is aligned with long-term technology and business goals. It reflects our commitment to building robust, scalable, and future-ready platforms using modern architectures and best practices.
Responsibilities- Design, code, test, and debug software applications that meet both user needs and business objectives.
- Develop scalable and high-performance application architectures using modern development frameworks.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and project leads to gather requirements and convert them into effective solutions.
- Enhance and maintain existing applications, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
- Resolve software defects and technical issues promptly to ensure application stability.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation related to application design, workflows, and deployment
Skills/Requirement:
- Proficiency in programming languages.
- Experience in software development using Axiom
- Familiarity with databases.
- Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
