Sales Operations Specialist (1 Year Contract, Renewable)

Role Overview

Join a well-established organisation as a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, supporting end-to-end sales operations from enquiry to delivery. This role offers strong exposure to cross-functional collaboration and process optimisation within a dynamic environment.

• Manage customer enquiries and prepare accurate quotations aligned with pricing guidelines
• Process and validate purchase orders, ensuring smooth order fulfilment
• Maintain accurate data in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy
• Track order progress and provide updates to customers
• Handle escalations and resolve complex operational issues
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Support and guide junior team members when required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations / Order Management / Customer Service
• Background in manufacturing, engineering, or technical industries preferred
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
