Clinic Assistant (Full time and Part-time roles available)
As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our clinic. You will be responsible for assisting healthcare professionals and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Job duties include:
- Engage in administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, patient registration, communication with parents/guardians, dispensing medications, billing, payment collection, insurance verification and stock takes
- Prepare examination rooms and assist doctors in providing treatment and examinations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic
- Facilitate collection and dispatch of blood and urine samples.
- Perform swab tests such as Antigen Rapid Tests (ART) and influenza rapid tests in accordance with clinical protocols.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced clinic environment.- Able to work shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Minimum GCE “N” Level qualifications.
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with clinic management systems and EMR software is advantageous.
- Comfortable with technology and computer systems.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.
