About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive with 1–2 years of accounting firm experience who is keen to grow in a client accounting / outsourced accounting environment.

This role offers exposure to:

Full set accounting
Client-facing communication
Handling multiple companies
Key Responsibilities
Assist / handle full sets of accounts for multiple client companies
Prepare financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet)
Perform GST submissions and reconciliations
Liaise with clients on accounting matters
Support audit, tax, and compliance processes
Ensure timely month-end closing
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in accounting firm / audit firm
Basic understanding of full set accounting
Familiar with GST and financial reporting
Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related field

➕ Good to Have

ACCA (in progress or completed)
Experience using Xero / MYOB / QuickBooks
