Responsible for the full spectrum of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities of the Company

Oversee all equipment buy-off requirements, including Internal Buy-Off (IBO) and Customer Buy-Off (CBO)
Manage internal and external Corrective Action Requests (CARs) to ensure timely response and closure
Review, maintain, and update QA processes, systems, and operational workflows
Lead and drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance performance beyond basic compliance to standards
Monitor and drive quality performance across the supply chain
Plan and conduct supplier quality audits, including qualification and re-certification of new and existing vendors
Support the Company’s supply chain development through effective quality management
Prepare and compile weekly and monthly QA reports

Education and Experience

Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/Production/Mechatronics Engineering
At least 2 years related QA working experience in a manufacturing environment
Good knowledge of metrology requirements with teaching skills (using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height & Depth Gauge, Profile Projector, Gauge Block and Smart Scope, etc)
Strong problem-solving techniques (e.g. 8D discipline, FMEA, QC Tools on Analysis of datas, etc)
Have a penchant for details and strict with documentation and specification compliance
Independent and initiative to develop and drive quality improvement programs
