Management Trainee (Order Fulfilment Operations)

Position Overview

We are looking for a Management Trainee to be groomed into a leadership role managing the Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) Regional Operations Center. You will learn the entire cycle of order fulfilment for international projects, including:

• Receiving customer purchase orders
• Coordinating procurement from global vendors
• Managing freight forwarders and customs clearance
• Overseeing timely delivery to customers in various Southeast Asian countries

This is a hands-on role with both operational execution and team management exposure, designed to prepare you for a future leadership position in Eemont’s operations and supply chain management.

• Learn and oversee the end-to-end order fulfilment process:
• Customer order confirmation and documentation
• Procurement from overseas suppliers
• Freight forwarding arrangements and shipping schedules
• Customs clearance coordination and final delivery
• Monitor project timelines and proactively address potential delays or risks.
• Coordinate with sales, technical teams, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage and mentor the Order Processing Team within the EBU Operations Center.
• Track order status, prepare reports, and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Gain strong product knowledge in IT hardware relevant to data centers and enterprise projects.

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; relevant internships or work experience are a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work across multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good command of English and Chinese (knowledge of other Southeast Asian languages is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
