BD Manager / Key Account Manager (Semiconductor / Marine Offshore / Logistics) - Toa Payoh

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving business growth, nurturing key client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities across the Semiconductor, Marine & Offshore, or Logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned industry vertical.
• Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with key clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams (technical, operations, product) to deliver on client requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in Semiconductor, Marine & Offshore, or Logistics industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and customer-focused.
