Logistics Coordinator | Customer Service – Freight Forward (Central | $3,500)

Job Description

We are looking for someone to support daily logistics operations and assist the sales team with coordination and customer enquiries.

Job Highlights:

• Basic Salary Range: Up to $3500
• Location: Central Region (Nearby Marymount MRT | Bishan MRT)
• Permanent Full-Time Position
• Monday – Friday: 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM
• Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

1. Logistics Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between customers, transporters, warehouses, and internal operational teams.
2. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation for import, export, transshipment, and delivery order (D/O) release processes.
3. Financial Verification: Verify all operational costs and charges accurately to prevent discrepancies.
4. Client Enquiries: Handle customer inquiries regarding freight rates, tracking status, shipment milestones, and other related logistics matters.
5. Global Liaison: Liaise with overseas agents and local customers to ensure international shipment processes.
6. Sales Support: Provide vital administrative and operational support to the sales department.
