Responsibility

Follow up with customer leads and guide them through the purchase journey with empathy and professionalism.
Recommend memorial and keepsake products, ensuring solutions meet customer needs and preferences.
Manage appointments, enquiries, and follow-ups to provide a seamless customer experience.
Engage customers to help them select suitable memorial products, building trust and satisfaction.
Drive sales through personalized interactions while fostering long-term customer relationships.
Handle sales appointments and follow-ups efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction and business targets.

Requirement

Minimum ITE education level in any field
Possess Class 3 driving license
Minimum 1-2 years in B2C sales experience
Compassionate, empathetic, and good at building rapport with customers
Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
