Job Scope:

• Plan and lead fun, educational activities that support children's development and learning.
• Foster a nurturing, secure, and positive atmosphere for all children in your care.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s daily experiences, milestones, and overall progress.
• Support the lead teacher in executing daily routines, lessons, and maintaining classroom order.
• Help children during meals, assist with cleaning, and manage diaper changes or potty training when necessary.
• Ensure the classroom remains clean, organized, and conducive to a child-friendly learning experience.

• Conduct engaging and interactive lessons in line with the established curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Provide academic assistance with school assignments and homework to reinforce understanding and improve performance.
• Help ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre through general support as needed.
• Motivate and guide students to reach their full academic potential through positive reinforcement and active engagement.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (further education in childcare or early childhood development is a plus)
• Local or prominent university graduate in English teaching field or relevant fields (for tutor)
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
