Digital Marketing (Social Media) // Govt Agencies - Geylang

Contract Duration: 6 - 12 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos tailored to target audiences.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers to build strong online communities.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into strategy where relevant.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid advertising, when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience managing corporate social media accounts and content creation.
• Proficiency in design and content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing software).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
