Interior Designer

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural and interior design drawings, layouts, and 3D perspectives
- Develop design concepts, space planning, and material selections
- Produce detailed construction drawings and submission documents
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and site teams
- Conduct site measurements, inspections, and project coordination
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements and local regulations
- Assist in project scheduling and progress monitoring
- Support tender, costing, and material specification works when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Photoshop, or related software
- Knowledge of construction detailing and interior fit-out works
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Relevant experience in construction or interior fit-out industry preferred.
