Our client is a global Japanese company specialising in chemicals and electronics. They are currently seeking to hire a Senior Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience and creativity to deliver effective proposals to existing customers while driving new business development.Additionally, they will mentor junior colleagues, supporting their growth within the company.
The Electronics Division primarily serves the Semiconductor and Electronics industries, and has recently begun expanding into the food and textile sectors. The division is further growing its presence across Southeast Asia, Oceania, and South Asia.

【 Responsibilities 】- Perform sales and market materials to semiconductor and electronics-related manufacturers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while supervising account management teams.
- Conduct market research and 3C analysis to understand the semiconductor market in Southeast Asia and develop sales strategies to generate new opportunities.
- Prepare monthly sales reports (actual, forecast, budget) for reporting to the head office.
- Travel within the Southeast Asia region as required.
- Take initiative and proactively network to expand business opportunities.
- Fixed Bonus (1 Month)
- Variable Bonus (Depending on the company and individual performance)

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B regional sales and marketing experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a strong understanding of semiconductor production processes, including functional materials or chemicals used.
- Willing to mentor and guide junior staff.
- Proactive and motivated in pursuing new business opportunities and hunting for sales.
- Willing to travel 1–2 times per quarter, mainly within Southeast Asia, and possess relevant regional experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills in English and Mandarin, able to engage and present effectively to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market.
- Experience working with or knowledge of Japanese multinational companies.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication or electronics manufacturing materials, such as speciality glass substrates, ceramics for electronic components, photoresist materials, etching or cleaning chemicals, CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing) slurries, and sputtering targets or related thin-film materials.
