Elastic Certified Team Lead (Contract, up to $10,000) #IRT

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and details of this position are:

Job Description:

• Lead the design and deployment of Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) solutions.
• Manage and operate Elastic infrastructure.
• Possess relevant training on products or product cert in proposed solution.
• Manage and mentor a team of deployment engineers.
• Ensure best practices in implementation, configuration, performance tuning, and security
• Validate and maintain required certifications prior to submission/interview.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable observability solutions.
• Provide troubleshooting and performance optimization support.
• Performs operational tasks to resolve all incidents/requests in a timely manner and within the agreed SLA.
• Identifies, investigates, analyses issues and errors prior to or when they occur, and logs all such incidents in a timely manner.
• Captures all required and relevant information for immediate resolution.
• Executes changes with clear identification of risks and mitigation plans to be captured into the change record.

Job Requirements:

• Certifications in Elastic and Logstash (Mandatory).
• 5 years of experience in IT, 3 years of experience using observability tool to conduct deployment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leading a team of deployment engineers.
• Solid hands-on experience in Elastic (Elasticsearch) and Logstash.
• Strong experience in Nutanix platform.
• Strong experience in observability tool deployment and implementation.
• Experience in designing, configuring, and optimizing Elastic Stack solutions.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and training on proposed products/solutions.

Relevant certifications include (but not limited to):

• Elastic certified
• Azure Certified
• AWS Certified
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Veeam Certified Engineer
• VMware certified Professional: Data Centre Virtualization
• VMWare Certified Cloud Management and Automation
• SRE/ITIL, etc.
