• Budgeting: Develop and manage the organization’s annual budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet strategic goals.
• Forecasting: Prepare financial forecasts and projections to guide strategic decision-making and assess future financial performance.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to management.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Management Reporting: Create and present regular management reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders, including senior management, the board of directors, and external partners. Investment Relations: Engage with investors and stakeholders regarding financial performance, strategies, and forecasts as needed.

• Financial Systems Management: Oversee financial systems and software, ensuring they meet the organization’s needs and support efficient financial operations.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to enhance financial decision-making and reporting capabilities.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required.
• Certified Public Accountant advantageous
• 2 of experience of external audit/ financial management required
• Candidates without commercial experience are welcome to apply
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
