WE ARE HIRING – SITE OPERATIONS MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION) ?

Location: Singapore

Innovation Solutions Pte. Ltd. is a growing Singapore-based construction and general contracting company delivering reliable, quality-driven projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

We are looking for a hands-on Site Operations Manager (Civil) with strong Singapore local site experience, capable of managing site operations and executing projects independently from scratch.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role.

The Site Operations Manager will take full control of daily site operations, from initial site setup to final handover, coordinating manpower, subcontractors, materials, clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

This role is strictly for candidates with proven Singapore local construction experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end site operations from scratch to handover
Take complete responsibility for daily site execution and coordination
Plan, deploy, and control manpower, supervisors, and subcontractors
Manage site schedules, workflows, and operational planning
Coordinate with clients, consultants, project teams, and authorities
Handle client coordination and site-level communication professionally
Source, coordinate, and control local materials, suppliers, and vendors
Monitor site progress and prepare daily / weekly operational reports
Ensure strict compliance with Singapore WSH safety regulations
Oversee quality control for structural, architectural, and finishing works
Identify site-level risks and resolve issues practically and efficiently
Manage final inspections, rectification works, and handover process

✅ Job Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
Proven experience in Singapore local construction projects (mandatory)
Strong hands-on site and operations experience
Ability to handle site operations independently from scratch
Good working knowledge of:
Site preparation & groundwork
Structural works
Architectural & finishing works
Final inspection & handover
Strong understanding of local construction practices, materials, and suppliers
Proven ability to manage manpower, subcontractors, and multiple site activities
Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Responsible, proactive, and willing to work on-site daily
Civil engineering background with a strong operational mindset
