Retail Associate

Retail Associate - Full Time

Sea Apple is a modern children’s design brand and we are looking for Full Time Retail Associates for our children’s concept stores. If you love design, fun and creative labels, we would love to hear from you!

• You will be an ambassador for the offline Sea Apple experience, and need to drive sales and excellent customer engagement
• Deliver daily and monthly sales targets in store
• Offer a warm and personalised in-store experience for our customers
• Manage cashiering and daily sales reconciliation
• Manage inventory supply and stock replenishment in store
• Handle online store returns/exchanges

Requirements:

• Responsible, honest, committed
• Top of class customer service skills
• Friendly, positive and engaging work attitude, willing to learn
• Loves and understands our brand, and embodies our values
• Able to work 5 days a week, including weekend and public holidays
• Independent worker, stocks receiving, able to perform cashiering duties and daily sales reconciliation

Salary: $2,000.00 - $2,300.00 per month
