About the role
We are seeking an experienced CoWorking Office Lease and Operations Assistant Manager/Manager to join our growing team at Centennial Business Suites' Central Region office. This full-time role will involve managing the day-to-day operations of our co-working office space, including leasing, client relations, and facilities management.
What you'll be doing- Oversee the leasing of co-working office spaces to new and existing clients, including negotiating contracts and managing renewals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Manage the daily operations of the co-working office, including scheduling maintenance, overseeing cleaning and supplies, and ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment for tenants
- Collaborate with the wider team to develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the co-working business through analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- 1-3 years of experience in a commercial real estate, property management, or co-working environment
- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of lease agreements, facilities management, and client retention strategies
- Proficiency in using relevant software and technologies, such as property management systems and CRM tools
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Positive can do attitude towards work
