Mon-Thur : 830am - 6pm, Fri : 830am - 530pm

Job details:

Provide administrative support under the Division Management Office (DMO) team.
Help with planning activities, prepare reports, assist with various office administrative tasks.
To participate in ad-hoc HR projects, helping to organize and coordinate activities and support other process improvements initiatives.
Develop dashboards and trackers to monitor overall performance achievements and incident rates.

Job requirements:

Min Diploma in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and analytics skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Organised, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
