Agency Operations & Executive Support Executive
Job Description
We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to support our agency operations, agent onboarding, recruitment outreach, training coordination, and administrative matters.
You will work closely with the Director and team to ensure daily operations, agent matters, recruitment activities, and events are carried out smoothly.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Director and team.
- Assist with new agent onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain agent records, internal files, and operational documents.
- Assist with recruitment campaigns, school outreach, and follow-up with potential candidates.
- Prepare materials and documents for recruitment and training.
- Coordinate training sessions, attendance, reminders, and basic logistics.
- Support agency events, talks, career fairs, and outreach activities.
- Liaise with agents, vendors, schools, and external parties when required.
- Assist with other ad-hoc operational duties.
- Organised, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to multitask and follow up on tasks.
- Comfortable preparing simple documents and slides.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, or similar tools.
- Prior admin, events, recruitment support, or real estate experience is an advantage, but not compulsory.
