• Conduct regular communication with customers, suppliers, subsidiaries, and dealers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Process sales orders with accuracy, ensuring they meet customer specifications and comply with internal procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date sales documentation and manage order workflows in the system.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
• Monitor, track, and report on sales activities and key performance indicators (KPIs) to align with business goals.
• Support the preparation of quotations, sales proposals, contracts, and other client-facing materials.
• Assist the Operations Manager by managing email correspondence and responding to customer inquiries.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Detail oriented with accuracy in data handling.
