Responsibilities:

• Maintain an updated database of contacts, ensuring effective pipeline management.
• Handle objections and provide accurate product/service information professionally.

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our market reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
• Attend networking events, corporate meetings, and industry trade shows to generate leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales approaches and campaigns.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Track call outcomes, customer feedback, and sales performance.
• Provide regular reports on lead conversion rates and business development activities.
• Requirements:
• Experience in telemarketing, business development, or sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a confident and professional phone presence.
