Finance Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Executive located in Singapore at Locker & Lock®. The Finance Executive will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.

1. Finance Operations

• Process payments to suppliers and update daily bank transactions.
• Prepare delivery orders, tax invoiced and update receipts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reconciling bank statements
• Maintain month end schedule and audit schedule
• Prepare expense reports and revenue tracking summaries

1. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure proper documentation is maintained for audits and compliance checks
• Ensure timely submission of regulatory filings and reports

• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Diploma / bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
