Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily sales and customer service support to internal teams and external clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries, orders, quotations, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with the sales team, laboratory, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Prepare sales-related documents, reports, and analysis as required.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the system.
  • Support sales and marketing activities, including promotional campaigns and client follow-ups.
  • Assist in coordinating with overseas offices or partners when needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to sales operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales support, customer service, or related fields (experience in dental/medical/healthcare industry will be an advantage).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
