Role Overview
Our client, a leading organisation in the energy and utilities sector, is looking for a Systems Analyst to support enterprise digitalisation initiatives. This role focuses on workflow automation, system integration, and enhancing user experience across business platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement digital workflows to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency
- Automate processes and integrate systems to deliver a seamless and unified user experience
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise automation and integration workflows
- Ensure systems comply with security, governance, and performance standards
- Support system enhancements, change requests, and ongoing maintenance aligned with organisational best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in system design and development
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT system support and maintenance
- Proven ability to implement systems and manage change requests aligned with business and technical standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA), preferably using Automation Anywhere
- SharePoint development and administration
- Proficiency in .NET, Java, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL
- Experience with K2 Workflow and SAP Fiori is an advantage
- RPA certification is a plus
