Investment Operations Executive (One Year Contract) - Toa Payoh

Job Scope:

• Handle day-to-day investment operations/ submission matters. Conduct pre-submission and post-submission checks on investment submissions.
• Liaises with fund houses & investment administrator platforms on operation matters
• Daily transactions data entry into Company’s Client Database
• Handling and responding to queries from Financial Advisory Representative (FAR).
• Assist other departments in operational matters when necessary.
• Any other responsibilities and ad-hoc duties assigned.
• Assist Director on administrative and operational matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with working experience in Financial Services preferred
• Prior working experience in fund or IFA operations preferred
• Ability to work effectively with others, be prepared to take a supportive role where required, assist others at short notice
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, meticulous, adaptable with ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office applications and end–user computing skills
