Managing litigation files under supervision, from commencement to resolution
Attend court mentions, hearings, and mediations
Drafting pleadings, affidavits, written submissions, and legal opinions
Engage clients in a professional and responsive manner

Requirements:

Have recently been called to the Bar or possess up to 3 years’ PQE
Demonstrate clarity in legal writing and sound practical judgment
Are committed, responsible, and organised
Are open to learning civil procedure through experience and training
