- Location: Bedok North
- Working Hours: 5.5 day work week (Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm, Saturday: 9am - 1pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Staff Meals + Variable Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
- Administer a Food Safety Assurance System
- Investigate findings and identify causes of food safety incidents
- Conduct compliance checks and internal audits according to SFA standards across all premises
- Rectify food safety issues in line with SFA regulations
- Maintain and update ISO 22000 documentation for the central kitchen
- Report findings and investigations to superiors
Requirements:
- Prior experience in food safety systems and compliance is preferred
- Knowledgeable in ISO 22000 and SFA standards
- Possess good communication skills and attention to detail
