Key responsibilities

Spearhead long-term financial planning processes and sustainable growth.
Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Finance and business units to ensure all initiatives are on track.
Address operations issues and supervise operations team, ensuring compliance and process execution.
Provide strategic/operations advisory and reporting to senior management team.
Manage programs and operations budgets.

Key requirements

Masters in Business or Finance related studies.
A plus if there is specialisation in relevant green sector technical qualifications.
Minimum 8 years of regional management experience in the full spectrum of operations, including carbon financing.
Proven experience in managing and leading regional teams.
Committed to problem-solving and handling challenging issues.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile in a fast-paced environment.
Proven organizational, leadership, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Experienced in corporate governance and hands-on strategic management.
