3 x Maintenance Technician

Work Location: Tiong Bahru Rd

• 6-day work week including weekends and Public Holidays
• 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Off-in-lieu provided for work on Public Holidays

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
• Diagnose faults and carry out timely repair works
• Perform calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems
• Assist with installation, configuration, and upgrading of machinery and technical systems
• Coordinate with vendors on equipment installation and commissioning
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation
• Ensure all maintenance works comply with workplace safety standards and regulations
• Support system optimization and energy-saving initiatives
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and repairs
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently

• Higher NITEC / NITEC in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, or Diploma in a relevant engineering field
• 1 year of relevant experience in hotels, serviced residences, residential, or commercial properties
• Experience in maintenance, repair, and equipment installation
