Job Summary:
The Interior Project Coordinator is responsible to oversee the renovation by providing on-site management, strategic plan, monitoring and adapting as needed. He/ she needs to interact confidently and build credible relationships with internal team members and external stakeholders.
Job Description:
We’re looking for a systematic & meticulous Interior Project Coordinator to join our awesome team.- Prepare ballpark, quotation, project timeline chart & proper document submission.
- Provide technical advice and pre-empt potential challenges to Team & Client.
- Manage manpower & resources to execute site works within the timeline
- Responsible for initiating corrective actions & provide solutions to solve the site’s technical issues.
- Carry out defects servicing of completed projects and maintain records of such servicing.
- Update your residence/ commercial project progress to Project Director regularly.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
- Candidates with 1 year of experience are preferred. However, entry-level candidates are also welcome
- Basic project coordination and management are preferred
- Basic software skills like AutoCAD/ Adobe Illustrator, MS Excel &PowerPoint should never be neglected.
- Good communicator and eye for detail, systematic and good time management a HUGE bonus
- Teamwork, motivation and self-empowerment
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
