Job Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with Quality Systems (IATF-16949, ISO-17025), WHS Risk Assessment, Ecology, Security (Environment & Cybersecurity), and 5S standards.
- Manage laboratory equipment using TPMC and LabSys, including troubleshooting, buy-off, TPM scheduling, PM reporting, and PR/PO coordination with suppliers and GPO.
- Monitor and improve equipment performance, including failure history, uptime, and downtime analysis.
- Support introduction of new lab equipment, including layout planning and setup.
- Implement and sustain lab support procedures, equipment usage control, and quality system effectiveness.
- Develop and implement process improvements and new methodologies using Lean and engineering principles.
- Prepare and present technical reports and communicate effectively with engineers, managers, and customers.
- Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics, Material, Chemical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant working experience preferred.
- Strong interest in problem solving related to equipment, safety, 5S, and security.
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels, internally and externally.
- Able to work independently in a manufacturing environment with minimal supervision.
- Fast learner, proactive, and able to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
