We are seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to support the finance function in accounting, reporting, and compliance matters for an SGX-listed group.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day finance operations and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Prepare statutory financial statements in compliance with SFRS.
- Support SGX-related reporting, announcements, and compliance checklists.
- Handle GST and annual tax filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external service providers.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentation materials for board and shareholder meetings.
- Perform other ad hoc finance duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance; professional accounting qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, ideally in an SGX-listed or group finance environment.
- Strong knowledge of SFRS, Singapore tax/GST, and corporate governance requirements.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
