JOB DESC:
- To perform counter sales duty and to pay prize payment, processing of cheques, reconciliation of end-of-day summary against physical cash to ensure compliance with company procedure and policy.
- To provide hassle free service and experience for customers and to attend to customers’ queries to maintain a positive image and maintain customer satisfaction level.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to commit to rotating shifts, weekends and PHs
- Comfortable to handle cash
