Digital Content Producer / Technical Visualizer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Studio Mojo is a Singapore-based spatial design consultancy specializing in commercial interior design, gallery exhibitions, and interactive digital content for corporate and institutional clients including ST Engineering, Yokogawa, IRAS, and MSS.
We are seeking a Digital Content Producer / Technical Visualizer who can execute digital and technical content with strategic thinking. You'll work alongside our Art Director (who handles physical spatial graphics, backwalls, history walls, and environmental design for fabrication) as complementary partners - she leads physical/spatial design, you own digital/interactive content.
This is an executor-who-can-think role, not a pure strategist. You'll receive project briefs from the Managing Director and Art Director, then execute digital and technical content independently with smart problem-solving and production quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute digital experiences: Webflow microsites, Figma prototypes, interactive content, video storyboards
- Create technical graphics: data visualizations, system diagrams, infographics, process flows
- Produce proposal and pitch visuals (Art Director available to art-direct when needed)
- Manage and coordinate external digital contractors (programmers, video producers) ensuring quality and on-time delivery
- Develop storyboards for exhibition, gallery, and video projects
- Maintain and improve digital content templates and systems
- Work within established brand frameworks while contributing process improvements
- Support business development through digital storytelling for tenders and pitches
REQUIREMENTS:
Essential Skills (Priority Order):
- Digital production expertise: Webflow (or similar), Figma, interactive content, video storyboarding
- Technical graphics capability: data visualization, system diagrams, infographics, process flows
- Working-level graphic design: can produce proposal visuals that Art Director can art-direct and polish
- Experience managing external contractors and ensuring deliverable quality
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects advantageous)
- Strong problem-solving - can take a brief and execute independently with smart decisions
- Excellent responsiveness and client communication skills
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in Figma and at least one web design platform (Webflow, Squarespace, Framer)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com or equivalent)
- Experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) is advantageous
Work Style:
- Executor-who-can-think: You solve problems during execution, not just follow instructions
- Works well within brand systems (we have templates - improve them, don't ignore them)
- Professional under pressure, proactive communication
- Comfortable collaborating with Art Director on projects requiring both physical and digital components
- No ego about execution role - you own digital/technical, Art Director owns physical/spatial
Portfolio Requirements:
Applicants must submit:
- Two digital projects (websites, Figma prototypes, interactive experiences, or video storyboards)
- Two technical visualizations (data viz, system diagrams, infographics, or process flows)
- One proposal/pitch deck (doesn't need to be art-direction level, but should be professionally competent)
- Brief notes on how you approached each project
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive salary: SGD 4,800 - 5,200/month
- 14 days annual leave plus Singapore public holidays
- CPF contributions as per statutory requirements
- Professional development in high-value corporate and institutional projects
- Collaborative work environment with experienced design team
- Exposure to diverse project types: exhibitions, galleries, commercial interiors, digital experiences
EMPLOYMENT TERMS:
- Preferred: 3-month freelance trial (2-3 days per week) before permanent conversion
- Probation period: 1 month (for direct permanent hire)
- Notice period: 2 months (after confirmation)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (office-based)
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Please submit:
- Updated CV/resume
- Portfolio with the three required pieces (see Portfolio Requirements above)
- Brief cover letter explaining your fit for all three skill areas
- Available start date
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
This role works alongside our Art Director who handles physical spatial graphics (backwalls, history walls, environmental design for fabrication) and art direction. You'll own digital and technical content as complementary partners - not competing for the same territory.
The successful candidate is an executor-who-can-think: you take briefs from MD/Art Director and execute digital/technical content independently with smart problem-solving. We don't need pure strategists who can't execute (we already tried that - doesn't work). We need production capability with strategic thinking applied during execution.
Candidates seeking extensive creative freedom, who cannot demonstrate strong digital/technical execution, or who position themselves as "strategists not executors" need not apply.
