Job Scope:

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance goals
• Conduct outdoor and indoor sales for building materials, bathroom wares, or lighting equipment
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships across the construction industry (developers, contractors, architects, consultants, etc.)
• Provide personalized solutions and recommendations based on client needs
• Handle customer enquiries, provide product advice, and resolve feedback efficiently
• Manage end-to-end sales processes, including quotations, contract terms, and payment follow-ups
• Monitor project/site progress and provide material forecasts
• Maintain excellent store presentation and product displays (for showroom-based roles)
• Work closely with internal teams and management to share market trends and develop strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of sales experience
• Strong sales drive with a proven track record in B2B or B2C selling
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Possess own vehicle (for outdoor sales roles)
• High self-motivation, independence, and problem-solving mindset
