Job Summary
The Commercial Team is seeking a dynamic Commercial Leasing Executive to drive tenant acquisition and retention across our commercial properties. The role involves marketing vacant spaces, conducting property viewings, negotiating lease terms, managing renewals, and maintaining strong tenant relationships.The successful candidate will work closely with agents and internal teams to maximize occupancy and rental income, while supporting leasing strategies through market research, reporting, and administrative coordination.
Core Responsibilities
Tenant Acquisition & Retention- Handle leasing enquiries and identify prospective tenants.
- Conduct property viewings and present suitable workspace solutions.
- Negotiate lease terms and manage lease renewals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agents, and property consultants.
- Manage the full leasing cycle from initial enquiry to execution of agreements.
- Prepare marketing collaterals, proposals, and lease documentation (e.g. Tenancy Agreements).
- Conduct market research on competitors, rental trends, and demand.
- Support the development and execution of leasing strategies.
- Contribute ideas for marketing initiatives and tenant engagement programs.
- Maintain accurate lease records and update leasing databases.
- Prepare reports and updates for management.
- Provide general administrative support for leasing activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of the real estate market and leasing practices.
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
- Goal-driven, proactive, and well-organized.
- Relevant experience in property leasing, marketing, or property management.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
