Job Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing of assigned products and services for the Group, including RFPs, vendor evaluation, negotiations, and contract review with internal teams and legal.
- Ensure compliance with Group Procurement Policies and procedures.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors to optimize contracts and manage costs.
- Engage with key vendors on strategic initiatives and align company programs.
- Work with stakeholders to set global SLAs and track vendor performance and quality.
- Support contract negotiations and agreements.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to find sourcing opportunities.
- Track cost savings and prepare management reports.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Category Lead or Department Head.
