About the role
ID Architects Pte Ltd is seeking a talented Technical Executive/BIM Modeller to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role will suit someone who has a keen interest in involvement on technical drawings and would like to pursue their career in one of the reputable architect firms in Singapore.This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
What you'll be doing- Prepare architectural drawings using BIM or CAD software.
- To assist the Architects/Team Managers on the preparation and production of drawings for submission, tender and construction.
- To liaise with the local authorities, if required.
- Opportunity of doing BIM Coordination.
- Exposure to new soft wares, e.g. dynamo, rhino, etc. for drawing production.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in Architecture industry is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient on the use of BIM software (Revit, and other relevant design and modelling tools)
- On-job trainings and coaching will be provided for BIM software & standards, Singapore Code compliances and submission to authorities.
- Minimum Diploma in Architecture or related fields
Due to current business requirements, we are able to consider Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents for this role.
