Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive TCM Clinic Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all patients.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Management
- Patient appointment coordination
- Registration & Billing
- Medicine dispensing & maintaining inventory levels
- Administrative Duties
- Experience: At least 1 year of receptionist, customer service, or clinic assistant experience (TCM industry/ healthcare /spa preferred).
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Skills: Basic computer skills and WhatsApp.
- Personality: Friendly, service-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Willing to work on Saturdays.
