Product Engineer (Advantest 93K ATE)

• Partner with test and production teams to troubleshoot issues, support reliability testing, and drive yield improvements.
• Coordinate with foundries, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve production challenges and meet delivery goals.
• Prepare and present technical documentation, including test limits, correlation studies, and yield analysis reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Product or Test Engineering, preferably with exposure to foundry processes.
• Solid understanding of digital, mixed-signal, and RF testing methodologies; hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE.
• Proficient in data analysis and familiar with tools such as JMP, CEDA, DataPower, or Optimal+; scripting skills in Perl, Java, or VBA for automation.
