Position Overview
We are seeking a high-potential management trainee to join us on a fast-track leadership development path. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior professionals interested in the human capital industry, with strong adaptability and drive.You will receive full-spectrum training in business development, operations, and delivery, mentored by senior leaders across our business lines.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in expanding business lines: recruitment, EOR, payroll, training systems, and government grant programs
- Support client acquisition and qualification—focus on mid-to-large size enterprises and institutions
- Participate in international training technology projects across Singapore, China, and the Philippines, especially involving AI and blockchain solutions
- Coordinate with local partners to assist employers in applying for government subsidies
- Attend and support industry events and exhibitions to build new business relationships
- Shadow and assist experienced sales leads to gain hands-on deal and project experience
- Coordinate cross-functional project execution involving delivery and account teams
- Occasional overseas travel may be required based on project needs
- Fast learner with strong execution and communication skills
- Interest in HR, education technology, or government-industry partnerships
- Preferred to have background or network in: recruitment, HR services, government, or training providers
- Good English skills required; basic Mandarin is a plus (not mandatory)
- Open to multitasking roles at the start and willing to grow from the ground up
- Enjoys working with a young, dynamic, and diverse international team
- Clear leadership growth track towards future BD lead or Management role
