We're looking for Quantity Surveyors to support our tendering team and project execution. The candidate will assist in preparing tender documents, pricing, submissions and/or provide QS support for building works projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in tender preparation (BOQs, pricing, tender reports).
- Conduct take-offs and quantity calculations.
- Support tender coordination and submission.
- Provide QS support for projects (cost control, variations, claims).
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
- Develop QS skills in tendering and project management.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of QS experience in tendering or project execution.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and QS principles.
- Proficient in QS software (e.g. Glodon, Bluebeam).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
